Within the first two weeks of your local school district's school year, you must submit a letter of intent to the local school district informing them of the names, ages and address of your children which are to be homeschooled. You may also be asked for the school name and principle's name. As of now, the only record keeping you have to have is how many days during the year the children were in school. Instruction must be in English.
