Between November 1st and 6th, complete a "Home-school Enrollment Report", a form issued by and returned to your local school district. Attach immunization records for your home-schooled children and submit within 30 days prior to the beginning of you home-school year (and by April 1st for each subsequent year).
Maintain both immunization and attendance records or file a form saying you're aware of and not going to.
Arrange with your local school district for standardized achievement testing in 3rd, 5th and 8th grades
Submit a school schedule showing your 180 days of instruction (some homeschoolers have said "We're unschoolers, so the kids learn 365 days" and nobody's responded.)
You have a month from the time you "establish a homeschool" to register, so you can move here and check around and take your time about sending in forms.
